Due to our hectic life and very busy routine,we all have some common problems of forgetfulness which causes troubles in our life. 
There are certain issues raising memory loss can be:
1-Genetic Factors
2-improper diet
3-stress
4-occupational
5-Noise pollution
6-Chemical exposure
7-sleep disturbance
8-Weight Gain
9-No time for relax and soothing
10-Alcohol consumption

1-Genetic Factors

There are mainly two types of genes which can trigger dementia.These two types of genes are:
•Apolipoprotein E gene
•Dopaminergic D2 receptor gene
However it is not to make a sense that hereditry memory problem can not be overcomed.Dieting and occupational as well as minor lifestyle modifications can bring a lot benefits.

2-Improper diet

Several scientists studied that eating low quality food can causes nerve damage in brain and long tetm memory loss.
It includes but not limited to:
•Junk Food
•High cholesterol
•Saturated fats
•Higher Salt levels
•High Sugar leading to obesity

3-Stress

Stress can cause short term or even long term memory loss.Oversecretion of excitating hormones/undersecretion can cause hormonal imbalances and inflammed nerve cells.
It can bring confusion,concentration difficulties.

4-Occupational

It is the nature of human being that a man/woman try to adjust them in their job to support their family.By doing so,they often get lots of stress which is due to more demand of time,abilities,resources from the employee.
Due to continuous stress emotional,social,behavior disturbances occur which take these thoughts to their homes and destroy their family as well.

5-Noise pollution

This can also be occupational or individuals living in commercial/urban areas with huge loads of traffic.
Vehicles with loud sound of Horns can cause defects of hearing and even dementia can also occur.

6-Chemical Exposure

Exposure of a person to toxic chemicals either by inhalation mechanism or through topical application can cause damage to health.
If the chemicals are sedative hypnotics or stimulants in nature,their prolonged exposure can badly damage the memory.

7-Sleep Disturbances

Sleep cycle can affect memory.if an individual fails to take normal sleep of his/her needs,he/she can not perform successfully in daily life.
Less sleep taking individuals can never focus on things.
Sleep deprived individuals can never learn new things as compared to normal sleep takers.

8-Weight Gain

Weight gain is linked to increased body cholesrerol levels and saturated fat in the body which causes low blood circulation and can affect memory.

9-No time for relax and soothing

Individuals focusing on work only with no time for relax and soothing are also confused and less able to concentrate things.
Just deeply penetrating into work exhaust mental abilities as well.

10-Alcohol consumption

Consumption of alcohol reduces memory level as its a sedating agent.
Consumption of alcohol on routinely basis can generate hallucinations,dementia even long term memory loss.
Increasing Level of alcohol in body can expose human being to death.

Conclusion:

Life is the Gift of God to mankind,it must be lived with healthy mind.
So,to have good mental health,we should take good rest,healthy food and a constructive approach in life.
