There is a charm to having healthy hair, to do that, we wash our hair with shampoo and conditioner. Meanwhile, some of us need colored hairs and apply colored chemicals to hairs. straightening chemicals,  gels, and creams are also contributing factors that cause massive damage to hair.

Either we develop natural curly, wavy, frizzy, or straight hairs. this is the god-gifted attribute of we the mammals. Our hairs like nails are made up of keratin protein and iron.
we must take into consideration the following factors regarding hair  protection:

1-A daily balanced diet intake

Iron can be taken from green leafy vegetables like cabbage, and spinach parsley. On average a human consumes 12mg of iron per day and malnutrition or iron deficiency can lead to the undergrowth of nails hair and even can cause anemia.
Protein, on the other hand, is another contributing factor in the nourishment of hair follicles. keratin is a major protein component that can be obtained from protein diets like soya, yogurt, and meat.

2-Taking precautionary measures during combing wet hairs

We comb our hair on a regular basis, early in the morning, when we move to the workplace, during the afternoon, or even during nighttime. It is very necessary to comb wet hairs with care as they become tender and are prone to break or damage when wet.
This comb procedure can be done smoothly with the application of certain conditioners to hair and scalp. It should be in routine practice to avoid sharp combing. Another friendly thing in this regard is the usage of broadened comb with smooth flat edges. It may not rub harshly on the scalp and hair, as overly dried scalp with sharp combing will lose the necessary ingredients present in the scalp.

3-Application of a good conditioner after hair wash

During hair wash, we apply certain shampoos to the hair, however, a gentle application of conditioner to both scalp and hairs is necessary to render hairs silky, shiny, and stronger.
After every hair wash procedure, let the hairs dry and apply shampoo for about 10 to 15 minutes and again rinse with cool water.

 4-Donot Wash hairs on a daily basis

Application of daily shampoo to hair can cause drastic damage to hair. Some shampoos contain sulfur compounds which bring very damaging effects on hairs. It may tend to dry hair and even damage the scalp.

5-Trim your Hair after a few Weeks

Make a habit to trim your brownish type rough hairs after every 8 weeks for about 1/3 of an inch. By doing so, you may get rid of stopping barriers to the growth of your hairs and this procedure will enhance the growth of your hairs.
